Composing a DMCA Complaint

Counter-notification

You may file a counter-notification if you think your material was deleted or deactivated by error or misidentification. You must send a formal correspondence to us including the following if you wish to counter-notify us:

  1. Identification of the material: An account of the removed or to which access has been disabled material together with the site where it first surfaced before it was taken off-limits.
  2. Your declaration of good faith: One that you believe the material was deleted or disabled owing to error or misidentification of the item.
  3. Your personal contact details: Your email address, name, address, phone number.
  4. Your approval to jurisdiction: You agree to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Oreo.web.id may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who supplied the original DHCP notification or agent of such person.
  5. Signature: an electronic or physical signature of the individual authorised to represent the owner of the copyright interest.
